The Diamond Grove

It's mid morning and the fog is starting to lift from the mountains. Peeling away and dispersing into a silky light blue sky. You've been on this trail many times before but in discovering something new each time you look up at the right angle at at the right moment to see a majestic gathering of trees. Lit softly and standing proudly. A symbol of the often overlooked natural and stoic beauty of a simple outcropping of life. Still as your now bated breath.
